Five new intelligent production lines dedicated to drops and oral liquids have officially started operation. This upgrade marks a new stage for the company in the standardized and large-scale production of health drinks and nutritional drops, significantly boosting both production capacity and market competitiveness.
The new production lines focus on key categories of nutritional drops and functional oral liquids. They use advanced automated production processes throughout, covering precise raw material mixing, sterile filling, sealed freshness locking, intelligent inspection, final product packaging, and warehouse transfer. Equipped with high-precision intelligent control systems, the lines allow for refined production management, effectively avoiding human error and greatly improving the accuracy of formulas and consistency of products. This ensures product quality right from the production stage, safeguarding the safety and quality of every drop or oral liquid product.
In terms of capacity, with the full launch of the new lines, the company’s daily production for drops and oral liquids steadily reaches 200,000 bottles, significantly increasing supply capacity.
