2023-2024
Deep Cultivation & Win-Win Cooperation — Building a Healthcare Industry Ecosystem
As the healthcare industry entered a stage of high-quality development, consumer demands became more segmented and personalized. Brand clients’ requirements for contract manufacturing shifted from basic services to comprehensive empowerment. In line with industry trends, Aini Health focused on intensive development and win-win collaboration, committed to building a healthcare industry ecosystem that enables shared growth for the enterprise, clients, and the entire sector. During these two years, we further upgraded our service system and provided tailored one-stop solutions for different types of clients: For startup brands, we launched a “light-start” package to lower entry barriers. For established brands, we offered customized R&D plus large-scale production to support product iteration and upgrading. For cross-border brands, we provided compliance adaptation and logistics support to solve challenges in overseas expansion. We also strengthened supply chain integration, built multi-dimensional warehouses, integrated nationwide transportation resources, and supported drop-shipping services. These efforts improved supply chain efficiency and reduced operational costs for our clients. In product R&D, we focused on segmented markets and launched targeted product lines for women, seniors, children, and teenagers to precisely meet diverse health needs. We emphasized the use of medicinal and edible homologous ingredients to create natural, healthy, and safe products that align with the current consumption upgrade trend. In addition, we actively fulfilled our social responsibilities by participating in public health activities, promoting health knowledge, and spreading wellness concepts, demonstrating our corporate accountability through concrete actions. By the end of 2024, Aini Health had partnered with more than 500 brands, with services covering China and many regions worldwide. We had delivered billions of products cumulatively, establishing ourselves as a key player in the health food OEM/ODM sector. 2021-2022
Iterative upgrading, shaping benchmarks - from "doing well" to "doing well"
After five years of deep cultivation, Aini Health has accumulated rich experience in the field of OEM/ODM of big health food, with more than 300 cooperative brands and omni-channel services. But we have not stopped, but have demanded ourselves with higher standards, started a new journey of "iterative upgrading and shaping benchmarks", and promoted enterprises to leap from "doing well" to "doing well". In the past two years, we have focused on promoting four major upgrades to comprehensively enhance our core competitiveness. The first is R&D iteration, increase R&D investment, establish cooperation with universities and scientific research institutions, carry out research on food nutrition mechanism, safety testing, etc., introduce new technologies such as microencapsulation and sustained-release preparations, and create product technical barriers of "scientific compatibility + customized raw materials", with a total of 800+ mature formulas and 10+ characteristic customized products that have been highly recognized by the market. The second is production upgrading, integrating high-quality production resources, the cooperative factory is equipped with a 100,000-level clean workshop, following GMP standards and EU management concepts, with a number of automated production lines, covering tablets, powders, water agents and other dosage forms, production efficiency and product accuracy are greatly improved, which can meet the large-scale production needs of different customers. The third is service iteration, launching "brand incubation" value-added services, providing one-stop empowerment for start-up brands such as brand positioning, packaging design, and marketing to help customers quickly open the market and realize the transformation from "product OEM" to "brand symbiosis". Fourth, qualification upgrades, fully promote international authoritative certifications such as FDA, CE, HACCP, ISO9001, ISO22000, etc., and the product standards meet the market access requirements of Europe, America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and other regions, providing strong support for cooperative brands to go overseas. During this period, the brand influence of Aini Health continued to increase, becoming a well-known one-stop OEM/ODM service provider in the industry, and has won a number of industry honors, and there are many high-quality customers with annual sales of tens of millions of cooperative brands. 2019-2020
Growing against the trend and expanding boundaries – looking for new opportunities in the midst of challenges
In 2019, the big health industry ushered in explosive growth, national health awareness has increased unprecedentedly, health food has become a hot spot for consumption, and at the same time, industry supervision has become increasingly strict, putting forward higher requirements for the compliance and professionalism of OEM companies. In 2020, the sudden epidemic has brought unprecedented challenges to the entire industry - the supply of raw materials is blocked, the production schedule is limited, logistics and transportation are not smooth, and many foundry companies are in trouble, but behind the crisis, there are also new opportunities. In the face of challenges, Ani Health did not flinch, but took the initiative to change and grow against the trend. On the one hand, we further strengthen the construction of the compliance system, strictly follow the "National Food Safety Standard General Principles for Prepackaged Food Labeling", improve the product filing process, set up a professional compliance team, and provide customers with free label pre-examination, advertising copy review and other services to help customers avoid compliance risks and smoothly respond to industry regulatory upgrades. On the other hand, we keenly capture changes in market demand, focus on popular tracks such as immune regulation, gut health, and weight management, accelerate the speed of new product research and development, launch a variety of products that meet market demand, and expand service boundaries, add services such as small-batch proofing and flexible minimum ordering, reduce the financial pressure and inventory risk of start-up brands, and help more entrepreneurs realize their healthy brand dreams. During the epidemic, we overcame difficulties such as raw material shortage and personnel shortage, gave priority to ensuring the production and delivery of epidemic prevention-related health food, and fulfilled our corporate mission with responsibility and responsibility. In the past two years, we have not only stabilized our existing customers, but also added hundreds of new cooperative brands, including well-known e-commerce brands and chain health institutions, and our service capabilities and market influence have been greatly improved. At the same time, we have begun to upgrade the supply chain and establish cooperation with world-renowned raw material suppliers such as Ketuo Biotech and DSM to ensure the stable quality and supply of raw materials, providing strong support for subsequent large-scale development.
2017-2018
The first two years were a critical period for Aini Health to "practice internal skills and lay the foundation".
With the rapid heating up of the big health industry, more and more brands are pouring into the market, and the demand for OEM is growing, but the competition in the industry is gradually intensifying, and "homogeneity and low standards" have become bottlenecks restricting the development of the industry. Ani is healthy and soberly aware that only by improving core competitiveness can we stand out in the wave, and core competitiveness is hidden in "professionalism" and "quality". In the past two years, we have focused on promoting three major upgrades to achieve a leap from "being able to do" to "doing well". The first is R&D upgrading, setting up an exclusive R&D team, absorbing professionals in the fields of food science and nutrition, deeply cultivating formula research and development, focusing on popular categories in the market, covering solid beverages, tablet candies, meal replacement products, probiotic preparations and other dosage forms, and establishing a complete formula database, which can not only provide mature formulas for rapid landing, but also customize exclusive solutions according to customer needs to break the dilemma of product homogeneity. The second is to upgrade quality control, establish a strict quality control system, from the 7 acceptance processes of raw material entry, to the whole process monitoring of the production process, and then to the multiple testing of finished products, every link strives for excellence, resolutely put an end to the flow of unqualified products into the market, and wins the trust and reputation of customers with quality. The third is to upgrade the service, optimize the one-stop service process, equipped with an exclusive project manager, and follow up customer needs one-on-one throughout the process, from the early demand communication, program design, to the mid-term production follow-up, sample confirmation, and then to the later logistics and distribution, after-sales Q&A, so that customers can rest assured and rest assured throughout the whole process, and truly realize that "customers only need to cultivate the market, and the rest is left to Ani". In the past two years, our cooperative brands have grown from a few to dozens, covering multiple channels such as e-commerce, micro-business, and offline chains, and our products are exported to many provinces and cities across the country. Every order delivery, every customer recognition, has become the driving force for us to move forward; Every technical polishing and service optimization has made Aini's core more solid. 2016
Set sail with the original intention and anchor the track - plant the seed of "professional OEM"
This year, Aini Health was officially registered and established, finding the right positioning in the wave of the big health industry, and firmly focusing on OEM/ODM sales and one-stop service of big health food. At that time, the OEM model was still extensive, most enterprises could only provide basic production services, and the brand side faced multiple dilemmas of "difficult research and development, difficult production, difficult compliance, and difficult landing" - wanted to create exclusive health products, but lacked professional formula support; There are market channels, but no production partners that meet the standards; Worried about compliance risks, but unable to build a professional quality control system. Insight into the pain points of the industry, Aini Health has broken the limitations of "simple OEM" from the beginning of its birth and established the core direction of "one-stop service": from demand communication, formula research and development, raw material procurement, to production and processing, quality testing, logistics and distribution, and then to after-sales tracking, escorting the brand throughout the process. With awe for the health cause, the start-up team traveled all over the country's high-quality raw material production areas, screened reliable production partners, polished the standardized service process, and went all out to achieve the ultimate even if it was only a small order. This year, we received the first cooperative brand, completed the OEM delivery of the first batch of products, and planted a "customer-centric" seed with sincerity and professionalism, and also laid a solid foundation for subsequent development - we firmly believe that only by truly solving the pain points of customers can we gain a firm foothold in the industry.
